A commerce degree holder, who is adept of each and every commercial aspect when it comes to real estate. Active in the industry since two decades, Prasanna initiated his career with 'Amrut Kalash' in Karve Nagar Pune. In his very first assignment, he successfully sold all the 250 flats. He has been a vital resource for renowned ventures like Parshvanath Developers- Delhi, Dolphin Real Estate, Rachana Lifestyle, Right Choice, and now serving as a managing director of Bankon Realty. In his career span, there is nothing left in real estate industry that Prasanna hasn't executed. Right from hunting the plots and spaces, till solving the legal disputes and surveys, Prasanna has a dab hand at everything. Bankon's real estate encyclopedia- Prasanna is one of the few professionals in Pune who knows about the land in-and-out.

A management professional, Anand is heading Bankon since last 10 years. He possesses a decade's experience in the field. With his in-depth knowledge of every marketing segment, he has been an important contributor and the gel-factor for Bankon Realty.Anand handles all the in-house, outbound, and online marketing activities of Bankon. He has shaped the organization from start-up to one of the elites with his skills and forte in end-to-end real estate marketing.
